eZone EG55-3S single zone table top electric griddle with its robust stainless-steel design, 3kW power, and 550x350mm cooking area is designed for busy commercial catering and hospitality businesses. The griddle is ideal for producing large batch of variety of foods such as burgers, steak, sausages, chops, chicken breast, mushrooms, stir-fries vegetables, scallops, shrimps, pancakes, French toast, eggs, and bacon.

The griddle has an easy to use adjustable dial which allows precise temperature control across the plate between 50-300°C for excellent cooking results.

The built-in fat drainage channel and removable drip tray (drawer) makes it easy to keep debris and grease away from the food, helping to maintain the overall quality of your dishes. The drip tray is also necessary to collect waste from cleaning after cooking.

The griddle smooth stainless steel body ensures cleaning is easier and simplified. The griddle also features side splash guards which is very useful to keep areas around the griddle clean.
