POSTAGE/DELIVERY
We will usually dispatch the same working day if items are paid and processed before 15:30 UK time (excludes weekends and holidays).
Please double check you enter your correct delivery address when ordering, in particular: If paying by PayPal, please ensure your required delivery address is set up correctly on your PayPal account. We will not be responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

Standard Delivery:
Our standard free delivery will usually arrive in 2 - 3 days.
Note: This is not guaranteed day/time delivery service, so can on occasion take longer to arrive.
Express Delivery:
Our express delivery will usually arrive in 1 - 2 days.
Note: This is not guaranteed day/time delivery service, so can on occasion take longer to arrive.
Next Business Day Delivery:
This will usually arrive the Next Business day for normal Mainland UK addresses.
Note: this may not cover certain remote areas such as highlands, islands and Northern Ireland. Please check your postal coverage before completing the order.
Recorded and Next Business Day service will require a signature. All items should be unpacked and checked for any damages before being signed for as we cannot be held responsible for any subsequently reported damages.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from delays or missed deliveries.
PAYMENT / VAT
Payment is only accepted in Sterling (GBP). Buyers outside of the UK are responsible for any duties, local taxes and charges due.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
We will gladly refund the full payment amount (excluding carriage charges) if you are at all dissatisfied with an item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please see the item details for any additional or special conditions regarding returns.
We cannot refund the original outgoing carriage charge and reserve the right to deduct a maximum of 15% handling charge for items that have been ordered in error.
Return carriage charges must be at the buyer’s expense and items must be sent recorded or secure delivery to enable a full refund.
All items are sold with a thirty-day warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated in the item's description on the main listing. Please note that heating elements, lamps, glassware, circuit boards, digital controllers, rubber seals and consumables are excluded from any warranty.
Any items returned as faulty will need to be supported by a detailed report from a qualified person stating the exact nature of the fault. We will not accept warranty claims for DIY fitting of components by none trained persons. Returned items will be inspected by our own qualified engineers or returned to our supplier for inspection.
Items that have been unpacked and fitted and are not in the original re-saleable condition will be returned to the buyer and no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to offer either a replacement part or a full refund for returned items.

EQUIPMENT WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
This warranty applies to equipment sold by eZone Trading Ltd. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Exclusions:
- Consumable items, spare parts, and accessories; these are covered under our 30-day return policy only.
- Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, modifications, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Use of parts or supplies not sold or approved by eZone Trading Ltd.
Our standard equipment warranty, unless stated otherwise, is 12 months from the purchase date and covers the replacement of defective parts only. Labour costs and service fees are not covered by the warranty.
Defective parts will be sent free of charge. The customer is responsible for engaging their own qualified service provider to replace the parts and ensure the correct operation of the equipment.
Claims Process:
- Contact the company’s support team to make a claim, providing proof of purchase and details of the issue. The company reserves the right to ask the customer to provide further supporting evidence, such as a full technical report from a qualified engineer.
- The company will assess the claim and decide whether it qualifies for the warranty.
- If the warranty is applicable, the company will send the defective part(s) free of charge. After the repair of the equipment, the company reserves the right to request the defective parts to be sent back to the company address for inspection. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for the defective parts. Failure to return the parts will result in the company invoicing the customer for the cost of the supplied parts and shipping.
- If the claim does not qualify for the warranty, the company will inform the customer and may suggest alternative solutions.
eZone Trading Ltd shall not be liable for any lost profits, business interruptions, or damages that may have directly, indirectly, or incidentally arisen from faulty or defective equipment sold by the company. It is the customer’s responsibility to plan and prepare for such instances.
eZone Trading Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product sold by the company.
eZone Trading Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee if the fault is caused by any of the exclusions stated above.
This warranty does not replace other statutory rights you may have.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges on products other than faulty items. In order to provide the best service and quickest turn around, if you find yourself with a product that isn’t right for you, you can follow our standard returns process, opting for a refund. This means you can jump on site and order the replacement right away, making sure you get it at the price you want and when it’s in stock.
All unwanted items that are returned will be refunded back to the original payment method, as per our returns terms and conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
DISCOUNT CODES
Any discount codes provided are only valid for online purchases made at ezonetrading.co.uk and for a limited time. Offers and discount codes may be withdrawn without notice.

Parts supplied as alternatives may differ from the OEM's exact specifications. Any pictures shown are stock photos and exact colours or shades may vary from the picture. The seller will not accept any responsibility for any losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of any parts or equipment supplied including delayed delivery.
